Epoxy floors are another option for durable flooring. They are very popular in garages, commercial buildings and other outdoor buildings/rooms while becoming increasingly popular in residential settings as well.

College Classroom floor:

This is an art classroom, so they wanted the more rustic look. The existing floor was cleaned thoroughly and a clear epoxy was applied.
